By trade, I’m a business analyst. By heart, I’m a bread fairy, whimsy enthusiast, and sourdough devotee. 

Spellbound began with a gifted sourdough starter named Severus. Dark, complex, and a little dramatic, he sparked a full-blown love affair with flour, fermentation, flavor, and the magic of making something with your own hands.

I wouldn’t be here without my husband, David: biggest supporter, head taste tester, sales wizard, and undefeated Triwizard Micro Bakery Champion.

Together, we’ve built a home, a family, and now a little magical corner where bread, creativity, and community can come together.

With a bread lame in one hand and a banneton in the other, I’m creating a space where you can slow down, learn something new, gather around a table, and find a little magic in the ordinary.
